Turn out the lights, lock the doors

A must for classic radio enthusiasts, or as a Halloween-related "novelty album." Some of the shows have fairly redundant plotlines (less evident in their serialized weekly broadcast form, painfully clear here) but Karloff's performances are of his usual sterling quality and those commercial messages are wonderfully kitschy. It's almost too good a deal.
