Wonderful listening experience
A very well recorded, solid all around album. Starts out with very sugary, almost Beach-Boys "la la la" type pop-rock, but develops into more brooding compositions that span a gamut of emotions. Tracks 2 and 8 are real standouts, and track 10 in particular displays a haunting chorus that closes the album very well. They're being described as very sugary and poppy in most other reviews on the net, but they're really a very good rock experience in general, for fans of Apples in Stereo, Murder by Death, and even a touch of post-rock.
