In 2000 Calico released Songdogs. The album won them a Bravos Award from the French Music Magazine, Traditionelle, and they toured regularly throughout Europe, the USA & Canada. They have appeared at all the major festivals including the prestigious Dranouter, Washington and Sidmouth Folk Festivals. They have influenced many musicians with their unique approach to Irish music.
