Eerie and compelling
I picked up "Fireflies" as the day's free download, and listened to it probably 100 times in the next few days (and regularly since).

Firelflies is my new favorite quirky song. 3
I know the free download can be a pain, I think for us in NZ its even worse. Still, we got this one and what a treasure, opening my eyes to a brilliant band. Glad I didn't just ignore it after seeing the Indie Rock description... Its cost me a few extra downloads for half of the album now...
Yet another free daily download UNAVAILABLE to me - I live in the U.K. It has been quite a while since I have actually downloaded the free daily download. Fo r three reasons thus: 1. They have been hip-hop/r&b which I am not the least bit interested in. I do appreciate that there are people with varying tastes so I am not having a go at you hip-hop/r&b fans. this is a bit irritable to me though. 2. I have already downloaded them when browsing for free tracks - I thought the idea of these daily downloads was to give something a bit different. 3. THE most ANNOYING one - THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE when the download, even without a review, looked interesting (rather like this one). So you guys at eMusic have you thought of doing regional free downloads i.e. if a download is not available in one country to changing it to one that is...? It is just a thought.
