beautifully lyrical, but a mixed bag
Cormac Breatnach's playing is beautifully lyrical and his technique is such that you listen to what he plays, not to how he plays it. That, in my book, is always worth its weight. But I'm not always convinced by his repertoire. Just a few, only a few, seem to me too sweet to be true. Which ones? It's a matter of taste ... taste and try before you buy.
