Not a bad song on here

Great singer-songwriter chops meet an actual sense of humor over a coupla beers, and the result is amazing. I view the Ryan Adams/Bright Eyes comparisons as a bit of an insult, as those guys take themselves way too seriously. Branan just seems to be doing his thing and hopes you like it. Take the plunge and risk the whopping $3 or so it will cost you to download this entire album from eMusic--you will not be disappointed.

Much more mature and unique than his cohort Conor Oberst. And his "country" sound is more true than Oberst's recently discovered folk voice. Don't be fooled by the emo nation, this is the real deal.
