I had to buy something or else I was loosing my balance! I stumbled upon this and it's been a great surprise! Fantastic Justice and Of a lifetime are my favorites. Great melodies, beautiful piano and some great guitars for a great mix of mellow and heaviness!

As we like to say in the southern USA - DAMMN! OK, take some progressive rock, a touch of goth, a dash of metal, some spoken word and some folk for good measure - put it in a blender and I think the result would be Crippled Black Phoenix. One of those rare works you can listen to from start to finish and then want to start all over again. The 30 second samples give you little idea of what delights each song will deliver. Just live dangerously and download the whole album - you'll thank me. Bostongne Blues is incredible and the last song, Burning Bridges, is a stunning change from the rest of the album that re-imagines the Brit Pop of the 60's in a way that truly works. I love what CRB does.
In all honesty, one of the best albums i think I've ever laid ears on.
