He gets it!

Brooklydadian

I know many who would label Da Truth preachy or sanctimonious. He never places himself on a pedestal while always glorifying the Lord and upholding the standard of purity. Sure, like all of us, he has, have or will sully that purity. That in no way should deter one who truly has a passion for God and His kingdom and this mindset pervades all of Da Truth's offerings. This one is no different. Indeed, welcome to The Faith...

Worth the Price

Tothetop

Da Truth is a great artist. His style sounds a little like Jay-Z. My favorite songs consist of Civilian, Go, Legacy, On Duty, The Portrait, and Teacher?. He as some great lyrics. One of my complaints is that too many of the songs sound too similar. The album is worth a purchase, but I think that his first album was better. If you like east coast hip hop, and were or are a fan of Jay-Z than you should enjoy this. Another thing that I enjoyed is that he seems very knowledgeable about the word, which makes the album that much better.
