This record was under my arm more than once in the old Tower Records on 4th & Broadway, only to be replaced by something else. I remember one of the complaints was that the original album only had 11 tracks and that some of the missing music was very interesting. Hole filled, thank you. If you like this one, go further and check out 'The Forest' by Mister Byrne, a very interesting early orchestral outing.
I am so glad this is now available on e-music. Excellent first solo effort from Mr. Byrne. The instrumentals are interesting throughout. Hypnotic and moving.The songs with vocals stand up with some of his better works with Talking Heads. Especially worthy of note is "Big Blue Plymouth"
