Impeccable craftsmanship

Shmendlebert

Beautiful songwriting, gorgeous production and performance. One of my absolute favorite discoveries of the past few years.

Great Songwriter

Billenar

Wow, where did he come from? I had never heard of him before I read a review of this album. David is a terrific songwriter! I like the production and singing as well. It tends to be a little mellow but then I like mellow, so I'm fine with it. Highly recommended.

too high pitched for me.

AuntieLolo

I have 'Wherever You Are' which I really enjoyed. In this one, David's high tenor is a little too whiny for me. This is a personal preference, it may not bother you. The music is nice and there are a few songs I really like, so I'll probably download more of him

Another in a series...

...of brilliant musical works. David Mead always delivers solid songs beautifully arranged. If you haven't heard him before, start here.

hard to beat previous albums

... which is why he gets a 4. He's a fantastic writer, but I'm not as blown away by this as I am by Indiana, a masterful folk record.
