Muladhara Yoga Dub
I am a yoga instructor and usually like to play softer, less rhythmic music for classes but I found this mix to wonderfully suit a variety of class styles. Starting and ending slowly to ease and and out of a yoga workout, the middle of tracks are an invigorating blend of tones, wind instruments, song and chant, bells and bowls, and nature sounds keeps me moving and flowing into the next pose. However I did not like the darker sounds in tracks 12 and 13. Fortunately any track can be taken out without the class noticing. Some may find this style of music too overpowering for their yoga, but I think the key is keep the volume low as a background soundtrack to class, rather than the focus. Other than the few tracks in the middle this is a very good mix! Namaste
