These guys are almost forgotten today, perhaps because they never broke through. As others have said "Anything, Anything (I'll Give You)" is the song that should have been a smash.

If you lived in Southern California in the 80s, there was no way you could escape "Anything Anthing". It was modern rock's equivalent of Michael Jackson's "Thriller", a super-sized hit that was overplayed and seemed to stay on the airwaves for years. Even after it was long already a KROQ classic, even pop-metal station Pirate Radio in LA in the late 80s got more requests for Dramarama than the current hits from any of the superstar pop metal bands of the time like Poison, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, and Guns and Roses. This despite the song already being years old. A second KROQ hit on this record was the song "Scenario."
See for yourself: "Anything, Anything" is NOT the best song on this amazing album, just the one that got the most airplay. "Visiting The Zoo" is a great opener, "Emerald City" is gorgeous, "Candidate" is arguably better than the Bowie version. A fantastic album from beginning to end. Now to download the bonus tracks that I've never had all these years...
