Great Album, Athens smplicity at its best, with great melodies that stick in your mind. Good to see that this was available I lot my original copy years ago

Athens, GA was a musical hotbed in the ’80s, and the Athens-based trio Dreams So Real was in the right place at the right time. Musically, Dreams So Real differed from their more successful city counterparts R.E.M., but their sound was also not as distinctive as Michael Stipe’s crew. Sometimes they sounds strangely like the Moody Blues. There are some decent songs among the ten tracks on Rough Night in Jericho, including the title track. An okay album by an okay band. – Tim Griggs
