Sound is clean but not historic
It's Duane Eddy, all right; but be warned that none of these tracks are the original versions he recorded for the Jamie label.

Duane Eddy may have stuck to one groove for most of his career, but he's neither the only artist to do so, nor the worst of the lot. He amassed a large number of Top 40 hits, and this collection covers a slice of music history with clean masters and crisp sound.
It's obvious, now that I've heard the singles, that these are not originals. Thaks for being kind with the correction.
Unfortunately, none of Duane Eddy's other efforts ever lived up to the standard he set with Rebel Rouser.
