Seattle gets no love
How is this album so under the radar? NPR rated this one of the best rap albums of 2007. What does NPR know about rap? I asked that myself, but trust me, they got it right this time. This is one of the best rap albums I've heard in years. It's the perfect mix of new and old school style and production - the ideal example of looking to the past in order to move toward the future. It does the hip hop world a disservice that acts from cities that aren't "traditionally" associated with the style are being ignored. If you love hip hop, download this now!
