There is no question that this live album is awesome. But I recommend getting the DVD/CD combo so you can watch these great songs performed live. As moving as their music can be just to listen to, watching it done is even more so. Otherwise, this album is worthy of your credits.
I can't believe my ears Efterklang have bettered "Parades" and done so in some style - when muscians believe they need to prove their "muscianship" and credentials of being worthy and taken seriously they sometimes make the mistake of coming over all serious and symphonic (listen to Sufjan Stevens latest to hear how it can all go so wrong) yet Efterklang have pulled it off - not only is it quite profound but this album is witty, clever and full of the things that made Efterklnag great - quiet! Very good I like this a lot.
Great album, going to see them this friday in Glasgow can't wait, supposed to be a great gig!
