There's got to be more of this somewhere
I quite agree! More ER ASAP please!

First saw Elliott in his native NYC (1969) jamming with another band. Thought: This is the most amazingly soulful guitarist I've ever heard north of the Mason-Dixon Line. He didn't confine his influences and evolving style to the Steve Croppers of the south, however. In time he brewed his own stew, unique and exquisitely tasty, but unfortunately too much like Chinese food, leaving you hungry for more, no matter how many servings you consume. True to form, this 4 track set leaves me feeling like a starving man offered a few canapes but denied the main multi-course dinner. Appetite whetted, 4 tracks consumed (gulped) and gone too fast. Like Oliver at the orphanage table, I can only plead: "More, please!"
