Nicest I have heard lately
I like the complex melodic themes, and as I was commenting as such, a listener told me they thought it had more going on rythymically than a lot of recent work. So upon furthur (ha!) re-listening, what instead caught me was the intense layering of sounds when played on the right equipment at the right volume. So, nice. I like. Glad I bought it to go with the mesc. And, let me not forget that one of my initial responses was that the early melodic themes presented are either in some of his earlier works, or I have heard this before from hom or others, and if he was intentionally reworking a theme. Hoping he e-mails me to let me know. Just like the Beatles used to answer fan mail.
