The Fumes’ third record is loud, snotty and aggressive — of course it doesn’t add anything new to the punk lexicon, but tracks like “Pearl Diver,” “Quarentina,” “Human Shield” and “Too Dumb to Die” don’t fail to deliver the goods either. – Jason Ankeny
