Wish I had read the reviews before hitting that download button. Shame, great album! I have submitted a defective tracks report to Emusic so fingers crossed they'll sort it! Update: My download credit has been refunded and emusic are looking into the problems with these tracks ... [uncrossesfingersandsmiles]
Worse luck, just downloaded Diabla, which is surely one of the best techno tracks since the turn of the century, and it's skipping all over the place, please correct this, this track and the whole album deserves so much better! Same goes for Emotional Content, another killer tune incidently
I downloaded five tracks all have skips/static (1, 3, 4, 5, 8). First round of credit requests were ignored by Customer Service a full month from today's date; requesting refunds again today. Too bad the songs are all itchy and scratchy because this album is brilliant really! :( ***UPDATE*** April 09, 2009... eMusic came through with credit for all the bum tracks but looks like they're still available for download so preview with caution. *** UPDATE *** June 25, 2010... eMusic's rip of this amazing jammie still skips horribly. I have located a skip free version on Zune's Marketplace which you get in glorious 320kbps throughout the album. Yum! Although I feel awkward about highlighting some other vendor while commenting here on eM, I must say: come on gents, I've waited well over a year for you lot to fix this issue. Thanks anyway. It's seems from the other comment that Ama and iTu have the same crap skip rip. Buyer beware, yes?
if this version is free of all the skipping that exists on both (!!!) the amazon and iTunes Music Store versions. listening to the preview, it seems like EVERY version on the net I am aware of has these annoying skips.
