Great performance!
While Solar Musick is included in it's entirety here (a masterpiece), most of the other tracks are great as well. This is a really good cross-section of their best material. Classic German progressive rock.

Obscure But Essential Prog
I guess this band slipped under American radar because promoters were turned off by the band's name. But it was the USA's loss. This is fantastic symphonic prog. It's not quite as polished as Genesis or Yes but some of the compositions are just as complex and the musicianship is on par with these bands. The guitar work is especially good At times it resembles the style of Carlos Santana. Tracks 3 thru 11 on the first disc are actually one song. That is my only complaint. Despite the unnecessary chop job it's an awesome epic jam and a worthy download. If you like any of the following bands you may like this: Genesis, Yes, Santana, Styx, Kansas, Nektar, Procol Harum, ELP etc.
