Pretty radical change from their more recent, up tempo dance tracks. They pull off the minimal house with aplomb, but much of the material is rather dour and requires some patience while it evolves. Fans of Kompakt will enjoy this addition to their catalog.
...in their peculiar mixture of trance, electronics, and 80s catchy pop sensibilitities, drawn out to epic lengths triple that of the generic pop song. It should all sound rather dated, but in the end it works. Strong point: "Add This Song" (be sure to search out the rather bizarre video for the song as well). By the way, the 30-second emusic samples really fail to give a sense of these tracks.
