Best Indie Rock Album EVER!

If you're like me, you may have gone through a big early to mid-90s indie rock phase when bands rocked out hard, wrote sick hooks, and somehow carved out their own sounds. Then, maybe you and your favorite bands matured together, and you started to listen to more mellow stuff, but still longed for that mid-90s indie rock. For so long, I searched for that long lost Superchunk/Pavement band who weren't afraid to rock but sounded fresh doing it. Hammer No More the Fingers is exactly what I've been looking for. The energy of Superchunk, the angular hooks of Pavement, and a sound all their own, HNMTF is one immensely talented and tight band, and this is my favorite Indie Rock album ever!
