l.field1, there's nothing incorrect. Both Martyn Ware and Ian Craig Marsh were in the Human League when those songs were first recorded, and #5 is simply a cover and an homage. Human League/H17/BEF have quite a history of releasing covers, going back to HL's Rock & Roll pt. 2 and BEF's Music of Quality and Distinction series (Billy MacKenzie of the Associates sang a Bowie cover on Volume One). And H17 sang Party Fears Two at MacKenzie's tribute concert a few years back.
Sorry excuse for a release. I am a Heaven 17 fan from way back but this is just a bad stop gap release. Get Before After, which isn't perfect but is much better.
Being Boiled and Empire State Human were by THE HUMAN LEAGUE not Heaven 17! Party Fears Two was by THE ASSOCIATES!
I'm not usually keen on this sort of "band remakes their own stuff" record, but this works really well--it's nice to have H17 studio versions of "Being Boiled" and "Empire State Human," and the updated songs sound fresh--better than those weird 90s remixes of "Fascist Groove Thing."
