For more than 40 years this man knows how to touch your soul with his music. Mainly his Jazz/smoothjazz albums are my favourites.. here too! Tracks like Life Cycles and Land of Passions really get me floating!

not for jazz flute lovers only
This is some of my favorite Hubert Laws in a long time. Some tracks are marred by cheesy synth sounds but the flute playing is consistently outstanding (and wait til you hear his piccolo!) Several great tunes, and an excellent rhythm section on the acoustic cuts (though I wish eMusic had a more comprehensible way of crediting performers than the mangled version below.) Highly recommended.
