If you're a Messiaen admirer, don't miss this!
eMusic credit this remarkable collection of musique concrete to Hodeir alone, but he is only one of eleven composers whose tape creations are anthologised here. The whole collection is fascinating, but perhaps the highlight is the otherwise unavailable 'Timbres Durées', Olivier Messiaen's only foray into electronic music, and well worth a download. Even DG's exhaustive "Complete Messiaen" box of last year doesn't include this!
