Wow.

Elmuffino

It's a good album, not as good as the real "Melodic Death Metal" In Flames, but whatever. And the fag who said the vocals were better than on the "screamo" albums needs a good punch in the face and kick to the stomach. In Flames is many things, but not one of them is screamo. Screamo is for faggot 11 year olds who live in the back of a hot topic. It was real Melodic Death Metal.

Sounds good!

the vocals can actually be understood, it isn't all screamo like the other albums. And the guitar and music is still great like the other albums, there is no reason why a metal lover should not buy this album!

2 Horns Up

This is the first album I've heard from these guys and I'm really impressed. The blend of death and melody sounds kick a**. I saw the video to "Alias" and was hooked, can't wait to hear more.

you guys are silly

this album rules. they've really started to master the whole brutality mixed with hooks thing, as evidenced by the title track, Alias, and Move Through Me. This stuff makes me feel invincible.

Global warming...

metalguy99

has caused In Flames to lose its harmonies and melodies. Yes, it's sad, but if you're new to In Flames and have never heard the pre "Reroute to Remain" albums, you might just survive. The guitars also sound kind of thin to me.

Hey...it's new...

STAGEMONGER

It may not be the best record they have done, but at least it's new. It sounds a bit less heavy to my ear, but still In Flames.

Okay

I am a huge In Flames fan and this album dissapointed me, maybe becasue my expectaions were so high. While admittedly it has grown on me, it is near the bottom of my list of my favorite albums of theirs. I think that this is just a temporary setbackand look forward to seeing them live and for new material in the future. if you're a diehard In Flames fan then download away. However if you're just getting into them, i suggest starting with Come Clarity and working backwards from there before getting this album.

They can and have done better. Seems awfully rushed and non-creative to me.
