This Lady's 4 Real

revjph

This is one fantastic album and emusic should be proud to have got it on their lists so quickly. As talent is no longer high on the agenda of many black music fans it may not receive the universal acclaim it deserves, but I am sure, that among real soul fans, it will come to be regarded as a classic. I have not heard a better vocal performance on an album since Macy Gray's "On How Life Is". Hopefully Jaguar will lead the way and Neo Soul will disappear into a black hole along with smooth jazz. Soul needs to rediscover its dangerous side and stop being so bland. This lady is dangerous. Keep the faith.

Jag should be selling millions but she is so true to her art she stays true to the music. There is no doubting her vocal ability! She is no hoochie but a true lady (that you can't eff with). This album is wonderful!!!
