Simple complexity
Sibelius' music is deceptively simple, seemingly. But as you listen you'll note that it's spare, not simple. The beauty of Symphony #5 is it's relentless progression from a simple to a sweeping, grand statement. This is a good recording at a fairly good bit rate (between 173 and 207 kbs).
