Jim Cappell's album Panorama is just right to listen to when working on a difficult problem that needs a creative touch. For some reason, this music helps me put out my best work while drowning out my noisy co-workers. Before I know it, I've generated tons of work, and it is time to call it a day and I haven't grumped at my office mates.
I've loved Jim Chappell's music since his "Dusk" album from the mid-80's. The first song I heard on that album was "Gone" and it is still my favorite Chappell song and one of my all-time favorites as well. It's great to listen to if you've just lost your dog and you want to remember the good times you shared together. There are other applications for the music, too, I'm sure. You'll love his compositions and the great passion with which he plays. Take his music on your next road trip and float away...
