Listening to Cliff's work here, it almost feels like he was so hit-oriented his work became forgettable. This CD chases a moment, and that moment has passed. You never sense a band - but rather a voice and a backup group thrown together for a quick buck. Tons of talent, and a few gems from the Harder They Come period, but lots of cruise ship reggae.
