besides just running your keyboards- how about you critics site some concrete reason for your apparent dislike of this guy or this album. he knows what he's doing and he's f-ing good at it. or maybe you can do better? where are your albums? i'd love to listen. than i'd be positive and appreciate the pure creation of it. chill out. do your thing, john.
I say overrated..
12 credits for 6 songs? That's a shame. Slow Dancing In A Burning Room is one of his best tracks.
John Mayer isn't a racist he's just stupid Besides, most of his work is done with African American musicians. His drummer for John Mayer Trio is black and he plays with blues legends such as B.B. king. Yea, John is a tool, but he plays a good guitar
After his Playboy "interview," I wouldn't download a song or album by this DB if it was free and widely regarded as the greatest album ever. Luckily, his music will never reach that status so I really don't have to worry about it--just that now it will be even easier to hate his music.

but i won't know by downloading it here. remember back in the good ole days when it seemed like emusic wanted people to hear a lot of different music in a very affordable dare i say kind manner? too bad. emusic, you should be ashamed.
Unless the songs are long 20 minute songs, they should only cost 1 credit. No one should download any songs that cost more than 1 credit, then emusic will be forced to either make them all cost 1 credit again, or not carry artists who want to charge more.
They'll take your PAID FOR credits if you don't download your tunes prior to your "refresh" time, and they can't even tell you what time your account will refresh. E-music blows.
C'mon eMusic that's the best you can do?
