What classical guitar could be...

Warrior4x

Lovers of classical guitar will enjoy these selections, beginning with one of my favorites, Carcassi's Etude in A Major, a.k.a., Op. 60, Etude 3, which is labeled as Etude in A Minor. See the review by Papillon for an accurate assessment of other inaccuracies in song titles.

An overall good performance. I liked especially Adam's intepretation of Carcassi, Etude in A minor and Sans, Canarios. I didn't listen yet to Carcassi's Etude and now I am looking forward to play it. That said, recording could have been better. Sometimes you can hear irritating "squeaks" from the bass strings that could have been avoided, for example in Tarrega's "Lagrima". But perhaps most annoying is that song titles are often simply WRONG. Traditional, Romance is in truth J.S. Bach, Prelude in G from the Cello Suite n. 1 BWV 1007 transcribed for guitar. Capricho Arabe is the true Traditional, Romance, J.S. Bach, BourreƩ in E Minor is Tarrega, Capricho Arabe ... and so on. Personally I find these inaccuracies rather irritating. I wondered seriously whether to cancel my subscription. This accounts for a negative star in my rating (three instead of four).
