Still Top of Her Game
Truly one of the great singer of our time.If your not familiar with her music, this is a good place to start.As a long time fan and English only speaker it was nice hear a few song in English.Having said that I have to tell you her music has always moved me so much in any language .My favorite tracks are Convince Me,Sobras da Partilha and the rerecording of Essa Muher. The side players are among the best, Tutty Moreno on drums Hélio Alves piano and Jorge Helder on bass with Joyce on guitar. I saw the live show in Seattle Wa at the Triple Door and I love these songs even more.This is a must have release along with any other album from Joyce....PICK IT UP!!
