Best ever?

This is the best of the Juilliard's three sets of Bartok, and possibly the best ever: the Juilliard's approach is architectonic and motoric, and one might wish for a bit more songfulness, or for less abstraction and more Hungary, but even so, this is one of the all-time great recordings. Try starting with the Third Quartet and see.
