this wdr-broadcast by audite is a very lively and juvenil read- ing from brahms' first and good sounding too. although its better than boehm's studio-remakes its faulty by tracking the 3rd und 4th sentences: the 4th starts with the adagio timpany-strings-pizzi cato in the 3rd following the allegretto grazioso, and the 4th starts with the main string-allegro-theme that is to come after the pizzicati-beginning! it's no problem when you listen to it from start to end through but you can't get started with the 4th sentence by tracking.
