Best 10 tracks in the last 6 months
I saw these guys here in San Francisco at the Hotel Utah as an opener for Everest and they totally blew me away. I'd describe them as rock with a country sensibility. I'd see them again just to hear their horn/vionlin player...super tasty! Certainly not a guitar-driven band. The melody is shared among bass, keys, and horns/violin. Something like Elliot Smith meets Aimee Mann. Highly recommended, and go see a show if you get a chance.
