Wish I could have bought this

You know, I'm getting really damn sick of emusic missing tracks, spelling names wrong and completely missing genres. I'd snap this album up, but with two tracks missing, screw it. I'll get it somewhere else.

It's Spelled "Tentacles", Damn It!

Absolutely horrific, soul-destroying misery in "musical" form. This one-man act helped put American black metal on the map. Murky, scabrous, and rusted, with many songs or sections of songs slowed down to crawling-on-hands-and-knees-through-the-sewers-of-hell tempos, much of this sickening filth has a hypnotic, almost industrial feel. There's melody here too, but it's not pretty--more like immersion within hideous dreams, gruesome scenes arranged with undeniable artistry by deep-rooted and diseased sections of the mind.

From the blackest depths of the Old Ones...

shinzui

This is a phenomenal black metal epic that ranks up there with the Norwegian masters like Darkthrone (though this is way more complex) and Mayhem. It's dank, dirty and just plain scary. Whoever the guy is behind this mad piece of art is a genius. Leviathan incorporate ambience and atmosphere with obtuse black metal roars. Highly recommended!!! Who would have thought an American could unleas this kind of creative hell.
