Just Plain Fun

This collection has been around since dirt, but doggoneit, it's just fun to have around. I'll admit a remastered version would be nice (didn't columbia/legacy release an essential compilation?) but this hits the highlights. Your Mama don't dance, My Music-with a nod to big band swing: the fire of Angry Eyes, to the refreshment of Vahevala, and the joys of returning home. Then there's the winsome Danny's song and House at Pooh Corner-the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band do an excellent version-just about rounds out the sentiment of this accidental duo. Check out the live version of Sittin' In, where two old friends get back together to remind us of good it was!
