A disco-soukous milestone
The 1990 debut of Lokassa ya Mbongo's soukous supergroup featuring Dally Kimoko on lead guitar and Ballou Canta and Zitany Neil on vocals. The really great news, though, is the bonus inclusion of track 3, Lokassa's magnificent mid-eighties solo hit and one of the all-time African guitar-pop classics. 1986's Adiza is also a welcome rarity.
