Bass?
I ear the drum, but don't ear the bass. A wonderfull album, wrecked by a lousy sound.
Interesting and chill
I loved this album, the beats were very good, and it has enough instrumentation that it could hold my attention. Also every song was different enough that it didn't become a homogeneous soundscape of an hour like some electronica. All that being said the vocals in track 11 Syncopated City Revisited were awful. The music was good, but that guy sounded like David Bowie meets William Shatner. When will people learn that the concepts of slam poetry were not meant to be used for terribleness. Ferlinghetti must be spinning in his grave.
