Unique combination of sounds
Dancable....you bet! This album has a very unique combination of the sounds of Tower of Power, Los Lobos (obviously influenced by their California heritage) and a pronounced touch of ska. Instrumented with a tasty 'horn band' style too. There's enough of the latin feel to give it tasty punch but also some '57 Chevy' US commercialism thrown in to add some attractive glitz. I downloaded about 6 of the tracks and put it on my Facebook page.
