sticks in your head - in a good way
I discovered Ben Lovett's music basically at random, but this album has completely impressed me. While he has done much of his commercial work in soundtracks, the man knows how to write a hook and pair it with lyrics that stick in your head. There's enough deep brooding passion without being all minor-key, to keep this in frequent rotation. And every so often one of these songs pops up random (i.e., shuffle) on my mp3 player, and I'm again surprised by how good it is. Check it out.
