Recorded on January 24 & December 11 & 12 1956 Original releases: Lucky Thompson Featuring Oscar Pettiford, Vol. 1 (ABC-Paramount ABC 111) & Lucky Thompson Featuring Oscar Pettiford, Vol. 2 (ABC-Paramount ABC 171) both released on Impulse!
