Malcolm Holcombe isn't like anyone else you'll ever see or hear. His music is folky and gritty, and he has a way with stories. Highly recommended. However, punk/alternative is not the right category for him. Folk/Singer-Songwriter would be much more accurate.
I've owned this for many years and it's one of the most satisfying albums I know. The lyrics are powerful, the songs are original and unlike anyone else's. Malcolm has a set of songs here, some of which have been covered by major artists, that are special and deserve to be heard by a wider audience. Excellent tunes delivered with sincerity and skill.
