An absolute "Must Have"
Manu Dibango has never been as popular or even widely know as his talent(s) would suggest. A superb mix of different styles, from jazz to funk to pop to - most of all - african styles. Deeply rooted in his own cultural background, Dibango manages to open up completely new spheres of comprehension for the listener. This music is as important and instrumental to the entire music world as were e.g. YES, Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin. A joy for everyone who tends to like the slightly unusual.
