My husband and I have a high stress job and this is perfect to put us in a very calm and relaxed mood. A little candle light and wine. Try this for sleep if you don't try anything else! Never boring!

This is very relaxing! If you listen to this in bed don't be surprised if you fall gently asleep, it happened to me several times. At the same time it manages to NOT be boring.
