Recycled

I have been a hardcore fan through all of their permutations and have almost everything they've done. This album, though following their now classic bump and grind sleaze formula, feels just like that: a formula. No comparison to the quality of their earlier work and albums. I'd have skipped it if I had known. Not a strong showing by TKK.

TKK does still rule

All I can say is that this shows that they are more groovy than any other band!!!!!

the future past

this album does echo the old thrill kill in all the right ways. It also ads the kitch disco of mid era thrill kill then finishes with a bit of a modern synth sound. I disagree to the notion that they have not evolved. This album brings a full circle. One which warms the heart to hear a bit of the roots of a band.

Nothing new

I have to agree with the last reviewer, but that's a problem. This sounds like the old stuff I grew up with, like they haven't evolved as a group at all. They are trapped in an old sound they help invent.

Fantastique

Having been a TKK fan for over 15 years, I can honestly say this is the real muthaf**n deal. Heavy, dark, funky, dreamy, beat laced Satanic groovaliciousness. I daresay so far I love it as much as the old stuff.
