Nancy's second album is consistently beautiful and, well, wrought. Each song is carefully crafted. Her voice is crystal clear throughout and while still unsettling it does not feel as strangely downbeat as the first album. Her music can take you away from everyday life to a more ethereal place; it's like waking up to see a hard frost all over the trees. Stunning.
