Another Masterpiece from Nevermore
This one ranks up with "Dead Heart in a Dead World" and "Dreaming Neon" Black, which are my favorite Nevermore Albums which I consider to be masterpieces in their own right. The powerful and versatile vocals of Warrel Dane combined with the pounding and precise fury of Van Williams' drums reflect the creative vision of guitarist Jeff Loomis perfectly. Great hooks and vocal melody on top of intricate and melodic, but powerful and aggressive riffs with thoughtful, dark lyrics. Nevermore fans will not be disappointed.
